MMRR is not responsible for lost, returned, or stolen packages - if you would like special shipping please email us before you order. Once an item shows delivered with our tracking system you must contact your post office to find lost or stolen packages.

Items must be be unwashed, unworn and unaltered to receive a refund. Gift cards, undergarments & holiday items once the holiday has passed are NOT included in our return policy and become final sale!
