Halloween Decorating with Megan

It is finally that Spooktacular time again - decorating for Halloween! I always give this holiday its own designated time to shine and put fall & Thanksgiving decor up later because I LOVE HALLOWEEN so much!

A new item that I added to my stash this year is a black candelabra from Hobby Lobby. I purchased the battery powered black glitter taper candles at Michaels.

You could also use regular taper candles in black, ivory or gold. The candelabra adds so much to the spooky haunted house vibe I was going for!

Another place I always go to find Halloween fun decor is the Dollar Tree. Add some spray paint and you can have a lot of spooky finds for cheap!

The bony skeleton hands I spray painted with a dull gold paint. Spider, bat, skull and raven skeletons painted gold are all throughout my house, and only $1 each!

I also printed and framed a few skeleton & raven images to add to my décor. You probably have an empty frame sitting around somewhere that you can put to use!

I love mixing in new finds each year with my existing Halloween stash. Just a few items can really change it up!

I still have my tried and true decorations that I put up every year. My favorite is a grouping of pumpkins wearing masks and hats that makes an easy centerpiece.

A skull under a glass cloche is my go to bewitching decoration.
