MMRR is not responsible for lost, returned, or stolen packages - if you would like special shipping please email us before you order. Once an item shows delivered with our tracking system you must contact your post office to find lost or stolen packages.
Returns:
Items must be be unwashed, unworn and unaltered to receive a refund. Gift cards, undergarments & holiday items once the holiday has passed are NOT included in our return policy and become final sale! Last Chance / Sale / Close Out Items are final sale. Items that adhere to the above guidelines can be returned / exchanged within 15 days of purchase.
Holiday Returns: Items purchased after October 15th have an extended holiday return policy until January 7th. Holiday themed items are final sale once the holiday has passed!
